Bendy routes weave their way through localities, reaching close to every doorstep and feeding into straighter tubes that provide greater speed between localities.

Capsule speed would be limited by the sharpness of the curves. The straighter the tube, the faster a Capsule can travel. Each route would have a specified speed, and this speed would determine to what extent the tube would be allowed to bend.

Local routes feed into faster urban and rural ring-routes and these feed into inter-city routes and international routes that are faster still.
